CANCELLATION POLICY
A card must be kept on file for all clients. No refunds will be given, but minor adjustments can be made within the first week. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment or failure to show up for appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. APPOINTMENT CHANGES: You must give 48 hours' notice to any appointment changes. Example: Scheduled for a full color service but now would only like a haircut. LATE POLICY: I allow up to 15 minutes past the start time of the appointment for the client to show up. After 15 minutes is considered a no-show and will be charged the 50% fee.
